
I am the founder of Performance Potential, a company I began in 2003 to help people reach their fitness and health potential through the implementation of a sound exercise and nutritional program that is specific to their orthopedic and physiological needs. But with that being said, I feel it is of equal importance that anyone who is in the pursuit of maximizing their health and performance to also give strong attention towards modifying personal lifestyle choices if they are to get the most out of themselves, and I coach in this regard too.
I have worked in the fitness industry for about 16 years, and have spent the last 11 primarily in the fields of corrective and high performance exercise coaching working with both ndividuals who are looking to rehabilitate from injury and also those who simply want to feel, move, and perform their best. I have experience working with people from as young as 6 years old and as old as about 85. I communicate and motivate exceptionally well, and have the skills and the knowledge to help anyone achieve their personal goals.
