A good nutritional and biomechanical foundation is essential for those who want to achieve their goals and sustain a state of health and wellness. Our bodies need a good structural foundation derived from high quality food and quality movement that allows kinetic energy to be generated and transferred through our bodies efficiently without overload on any particular structure or structures in the kinetic chain involved.
